Wilfried Zaha has always been one of the best in the game when it comes to drip but more recently the Ivorian has been turning up the heat big time.

The Crystal Palace winger has dropped fits including pieces from Alyx, Saint Michael, Rick Owens and Denim Tears lately, leaving those still hooked on hype designer brands in the dust.

Having previously mentioned that football was sleeping on ©SAINT M×××××× (Saint Michael), Zaha came to our rescue in becoming the first baller to debut the brand, at least on social media anyway.

Snapped at Palace’s training ground, Zaha wore the READYMADE x ©SAINT M×××××× graffiti hoodie in the same week he donned 1017 Alyx 9sm x Blackmeans shredded jeans alongside I Never Heard of You’s F*ck Off Jordan 1s.

Earlier in March, Zaha rocked Rick Owens’ DRKSHDW abstract high sneakers in a selfie that was said to give off Playboi Carti vibes according to the comments under the winger’s post. In December, the 29-year-old also wore Denim Tears jeans whilst out in London, a brand also worn by Chelsea’s Trevoh Chalobah.

Zaha has recently adopted the phrase ‘the show must go on’, as seen in his Instagram bio and numerous posts on the platform. For us, we’re hoping Wilf’s run of hard fits goes on, preferably for as long as possible.

WILFRIED ZAHA BECOMES FIRST BALLER TO DROP PROLETA RE ART

Published

Wilfried Zaha’s style continues to evolve and the Ivorian recently dropped his hardest piece yet.

Back in March, we named PROLETA RE ART as one brand that footballers were sleeping on having been untouched in the football x fashion scene, but at last the Japanese denim brand has arrived.

The brand, worn by the likes of Lil Baby, Odell Beckham Jr. and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, ‘mixes traditional Japanese boro techniques with vintage processing to create pieces that give off the impression of wearing real-life art’.

The pieces can cost a minimum of £3,000 given the details and efforts to create each item and they’re not available to purchase from your everyday designer outlet, making their rarity in football understandable.

Zaha has taken things to a new level with his outfits in 2022, rocking brands such as © SAINT M ××××××, 1017 ALYX 9SM and Rick Owens among Proleta.

Had the 29-year-old not already been in the debate for the best-dressed in the Premier League, his run of fits since the turn of the year has most definitely changed that. Here’s to seeing what the Crystal Palace winger drops for us next.

Manchester United’s Jadon Sancho was back to his best with the drip this summer after being relatively quiet on the ‘gram last year.

The 22-year-old has dropped fits in Paris, Jamaica and L.A. recently as well as his customary summer private jet snapshots.

Uploaded with lyrics from Lil Baby’s track ‘In A Minute’ as the caption, Sancho was back to his best in the drip scene and offered a reminder of why there’s so much hype from young football fans for his Instagram uploads.

The United youngster is currently in Thailand for the Premier League club’s pre-season tour under new boss Erik ten Hag, who Sancho will be keen to impress as the Dutchman embarks on a new era at Old Trafford.

Whilst it remains to be seen whether he will do just that, JS25 had no problems impressing us with the fits this summer and long may it continue into the new season.
