VALENTIN ROSIER ROCKS SUPREME X DICKIES COLLAB

Valentin Rosier has done it again.

The Beşiktaş baller is still criminally underrated in the fashion game – largely down to his preference to steer clear of the hype most of the world scramble to splash the cash on – but it’s about time the 25-year-old was given his flowers for doing it differently.

Rosier’s latest fit included Supreme’s recent collaboration with Dickies, a long-awaited link-up between the two VF Corp-owned brands. Pairing the camouflage quilted work jacket and pants with Gucci x The North Face GG canvas boots, the French defender showed once again he’s on a mission to prove footballers can do more than just layer expensive pieces.

The fit was well received by Feyenoord and Arsenal winger Reiss Nelson, who is no stranger to putting clean fits together. The 22-year-old labelled Rosier “the coldest” in the comments of our Instagram post, a tag that Rosier deserves to hear more regularly.

Rosier isn’t alone at Beşiktaş when it comes to style, though. Michy Batshuayi, who joined the club in the summer on loan from Chelsea, is another athlete who can hold his own in the world of football x fashion.

Both Rosier and Batshuayi are a part of LogeAgency, a creative agency working with footballers specialising in the development of their image through fashion. The Beşiktaş duo join the likes of Trevoh Chalobah, Kortney Hause and Joe Willock as ballers who receive advice from their own stylists, something more players should be open to given the success the aforementioned athletes have seen from a stylistic point of view.

Whilst the world of hypebeasts stay sleeping on Rosier’s fits, we’ll continue fighting his corner until the people wake up.

WILFRIED ZAHA BECOMES FIRST BALLER TO DROP PROLETA RE ART

Published

on

Wilfried Zaha’s style continues to evolve and the Ivorian recently dropped his hardest piece yet.

Back in March, we named PROLETA RE ART as one brand that footballers were sleeping on having been untouched in the football x fashion scene, but at last the Japanese denim brand has arrived.

The brand, worn by the likes of Lil Baby, Odell Beckham Jr. and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, ‘mixes traditional Japanese boro techniques with vintage processing to create pieces that give off the impression of wearing real-life art’.

The pieces can cost a minimum of £3,000 given the details and efforts to create each item and they’re not available to purchase from your everyday designer outlet, making their rarity in football understandable.

Zaha has taken things to a new level with his outfits in 2022, rocking brands such as © SAINT M ××××××, 1017 ALYX 9SM and Rick Owens among Proleta.

Had the 29-year-old not already been in the debate for the best-dressed in the Premier League, his run of fits since the turn of the year has most definitely changed that. Here’s to seeing what the Crystal Palace winger drops for us next.

Manchester United’s Jadon Sancho was back to his best with the drip this summer after being relatively quiet on the ‘gram last year.

The 22-year-old has dropped fits in Paris, Jamaica and L.A. recently as well as his customary summer private jet snapshots.

Uploaded with lyrics from Lil Baby’s track ‘In A Minute’ as the caption, Sancho was back to his best in the drip scene and offered a reminder of why there’s so much hype from young football fans for his Instagram uploads.

The United youngster is currently in Thailand for the Premier League club’s pre-season tour under new boss Erik ten Hag, who Sancho will be keen to impress as the Dutchman embarks on a new era at Old Trafford.

Whilst it remains to be seen whether he will do just that, JS25 had no problems impressing us with the fits this summer and long may it continue into the new season.
