Nike brought football back to the cages, giving London’s next-up the chance to make their mark at the Feed the Phantom event, hosted at Nine Elms Power League.
The event featured London’s most hungry goalscorers, exclusively invited by Nike, as cage ballers and rising pros went head to head in the Phantom Trials – a series of Phantom challenges led by Nike and Baller League coaches.
After a high-pressure elimination round, only three players showed the clinical composure and scary precision needed to Feed the Phantom. The players were crowned South London’s deadliest striker and subsequently awarded a place at the Baller League Season 2 Draft Night.
On their quest to find South London’s deadliest striker, Nike called upon Chelsea duo Cole Palmer and Keira Walsh, as well as next-gen Phantoms Lola Brown, Sophie Harwood, and Nico O’Reilly, to guide attendees on how they can truly embody the spirit of the Phantom and strike fear in opponents.
The Feed the Phantom takeover didn’t just revive the spirit of the cages, it brought serious vibes – courtesy of live DJ sets, gaming stations, food, and more.
