Adidas And Arsenal Run It Back with 1992-1994 Home Jersey

adidas and Arsenal went back into the archives, rediscovering the essence of the early ‘90s with the new Arsenal Bring-Back Collection.

The collection celebrates Arsenal’s rich history and features the return of the club’s iconic 1992-1994 home kit, a design synonymous with the new era at Highbury. Built for both lifelong Gooners and a new generation of fans who’ve embraced retro football culture, this Collection is a blend of football heritage and cultural significance. It takes centre stage in the growing cultural movement surrounding retro sportswear, seamlessly combining authenticity, exclusivity, and style.

The Collection resurrects the historic shirt in a one-to-one recreation of the original design, featuring a rich red base with subtle tonal stripe and white sleeves adorned with adidas’ signature three-stripe in red and navy. The shirt is rounded off with a thick white V-neck collar, mirroring the original design, and bringing a flavour of the ‘90s to the modern day.

Not to mention, the return of the iconic JVC sponsor, sitting beneath the adidas Equipment logo on the collar, both of which have been brought back with authentic 3D puff print branding – replicating the finer details that made the original kit so distinctive, while bringing it into the modern era.

Beyond the shirt, the capsule drops a full streetwear lineup, including a matching hoodie and track pants, as well as a graphic tee – all carrying the iconic ‘90s Arsenal aesthetic, both on and off the pitch.

The standout? A special edition adidas Gazelle sneaker, with a grey upper, red and navy three stripes, and ‘Arsenal’ etched in gold lettering on the side. Inspired by the era’s terrace culture, the silhouette bridges the gap between heritage football style and everyday wear.

To front the campaign, adidas called in the perfect blend of past and present. Club icon Ian Wright features alongside current stars Victor Gyökeres, Jurrien Timber, Myles Lewis-Skelly, Katie McCabe and Kyra Cooney-Cross.

More than a remake, this collection is a time capsule from Highbury’s golden age, reimagined for a new generation.

The adidas Arsenal Bring-Back Collection will be available online at adidas.com and select retailers from 9am BST, October 23rd, 2025.
